We threw a party for one of the people at work yesterday that had the theme “Grafitti Party”. Basically, everyone wore a white shirt and we had a ton of Sharpies and highlighters available for everyone to write/draw whatever they wanted on everyone else’s shirts. One of the Majors at work asked me if I could turn an old router into a wireless network bridge for a system he has that doesn’t get great wireless reception in his house. I figured it would take me about eight to ten minutes to load up dd-wrt on the router, configure it and then take it back to him. Once I finally got around to loading it (three days after he gave it to me), it took me almost 45 minutes to get it working correctly.
