Friday

What a day. I studied up for my Economics test on Monday. I can hear the gasps now. “A college student…studying on a Friday?!?!” Yes, there are some of us who are willing to sacrifice a night of partying on the town to ensure that we pass all our credit hours for the semester. I had to put together my academic plan for the next four years as part of my AFROTC scholarship. Boy was it depressing to have to plan that far ahead and basically doom yourself to studying hard for four years. I knew I would have to study hard, but until it was on paper it was just another thought. That whole writing it down process really brought it to view. I didn’t get a ticket to this week’s game, but I definitely will be watching it online. The only thing I have left to do for this weekend is my AS121 reading. I glanced at it and it is about the flag and customs and courtesies given superior members of the AFROTC and Air Force. Diving was great, there were a couple of awkward dives, but we learned the front dive with the half twist. I have been talking with a friend from UNC-W (I have to forgive her for that) and learned that we may have a new Wolfpack member next year! Yet again, State wins a convert from the lesser school whose name I do not like to mention!
