Chemistry Pre-Lab

So, I was working away for the past few days on the Pre-Lab that is due tomorrow. So I was cheerful at being 18.25/25.5ths of the way done. I go on today to finish it up, and lo and behold, an entirely new assignment had been posted. The original one has this nice note under it that says, “This is the wrong assignment. Stop working on this and do the other assignment for the lab tomorrow.” I thought, “Well that is just grand. There is nothing I like more than having all the work I do flushed down the toilet by a dumb TA who posted the wrong assignment on the web.” I was so disappointed. I had worked on stuff that I had never seen before to get a good grade, and then I found that those who had procrastinated actually were the ones who benefited. Since when is that the way things are supposed to be? I though it was supposed to be the other way around. Not much I can do now. Today has been odd. It really feels like a Monday, yet tomorrow is Wednesday. It is going to catch me off guard tomorrow, but I think I will be alright. I hope all my readers out there are excited about tomorrow. It is the 50th anniversary of the Air Force. Usually, the AFROTC has a big blowout for the Air Force’s birthday, but this year we have no money. So we are just going to play ultimate and eat cake. That is a far cry from the hot dogs and hamburgers and coleslaw and sodas, but you kind of just take what you can get.
