Church and the kids

Going back to Children’s Church was great! For those of you who do not know, it is not that I have the intelligence of a child, I go to help out the Children’s Minister with the rowdy kids. I got to learn a few new songs that they are doing with the new theme that was introduced in the time I was gone. After church, we went to my Gramma’s house to cook out and have a meal with her. Home cooked food tastes so much better now, but I have a theory that the longer you stay away from home, the better things taste when you get back. When I was away for two months in Scotland, my parents could have fed me dog food and I would wolf it down with no inhibitions. I ate well over the lake, but there is only so much cubed beef can do for you. I love my new/used IPAQ. I sure hope it will help with the homework dilemma I have been having. I get a little lost because I do not have every class every day. In high school, I could just think through my four classes and come up with the assignments that were due the next day. Now, even though I write every assignment down, there are times when they are not due for two weeks. So, despite the fact that I start them early, I end up doing them the night before because I had forgotten it was due. We will see how this new devise manages to straighten out the mess I call school.
